Charles Shell, P.E., President and CEO
Charles earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from UMC in 1981 and went on to work for a utility plant before joining Shell Engineering in 1983. He and his wife still reside in Columbia and enjoy watching their grandkids and staying active with their families.
Harvey Shell, P.E., Founder and Owner
Harvey earned his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from UM-Rolla in 1958 and went on to work in industy and as head of the first Air Program for Missouri DNR before founding Shell Engineering in 1975. He continues his daily dedication in leading this company. He is also an avid reader, and enjoys staying active with his grandkids and great-grandkids.
